9 Weeks

9 weeks have passed.  WOW.  So much as happened.  I have a two year old, he's used the potty, we've all been sick (except me...whoops just jinxed it), we're sleeping long throughout the night, Jude was a dinosaur, Juliet was baptized and much more!

Had Juliet's 2 month appointment this week.  One week and some odd days late.  Ha.  Well...This is why I don't go out with two.  Of course there was a lot of traffic taking us about an hour to get there.  Of course Juliet screamed, Jude screamed, I screamed, we all screamed...but we got to the doctor in time :)  Jude was nervous it was for him but he did okay attempting to jump off the stool while Juliet was getting checked out.  The nurse asked what her length was at birth because apparently, she's growing, very slowing in height :)  Recall at birth she was 19 1/2 inch long.  Today 20 3/4.  Ha.  She is in the 5th%...so she takes after her mother, no big deal.   She weighs 9 lbs and 10 oz!  25th%.  And has a big head.  So she's right where she should be.  Jude was a bit bigger at this time but she is a little girl.  But other than that, it was a good trip, I guess.  Even ran into Target with both to grab cards.  Look at me go!  BUT I will not be going out again for awhile.  Too much work.  :)

Jude is so funny these days.  Talking up a storm about random things.  To get out of a tantrum and b/c I'm an awesome mom, I tell Jude "We can't buy that, we have to wait for Daddy to get home to ask."  (When playing apps).  He knows which ones are "locked" and have to be bought.  Jude, "Daddy home, buy it"  HA HA "Yes Jude, Daddy can tell you no."  Ha.  He's also memorized books, songs, and counts now!  I'll have to get more on video but it's pretty funny.  Counting sounds like this, "1, 4, 7, 8, 8,"...singing like this "I, K, S, C, V" (abcs).  Hey, I didn't say they were in order always :)

Juliet loves Jude.  Loves watching him and smiles constantly at him.  It's pretty cute.  If she only knew....
